By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to our Exchange-Only, No Refund Policy:

  • We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

  • Exchanges must meet the conditions outlined in our Refund & Exchange Policy.

  • No exchange on Saree Blouses and Jewellery due to hygiene reasons.

  • Customers must bear all return shipping costs.

  • Items that arrive damaged or defective are eligible for exchange only.

  • Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order with proper photos or video proof.

  • Sari Palace reserves the right to assess the damage before approving an exchange.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates only. Delays due to courier, customs, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

  • If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address or non-collection, the customer must pay additional shipping costs to resend.

  • Traditional garments like sarees, silk products, and embroidered items require delicate handling.

  • Customers are responsible for following care instructions (e.g., dry wash recommended).

  • Sari Palace is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling or washing.
