  • Items must be returned in original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original packaging and folds intact (e.g., sarees with original folds).

  • Exchanges must be initiated within 2 days of receiving the product.

3. No Exchange on Certain Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, no exchange is allowed on:

  • Saree Blouses

  • Inskirts & Inners

4. Ready-to-Wear Clothing

We request customers to check the size charts carefully before placing an order to minimise return requests.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
